Advent Conspiracy
ACTS Community Church will again be supporting the Advent Conspiracy project in 2010. Donations to the Advent Conspiracy 2009 at the Christmas service totalled £1227 and were used to provide gift hampers to local residents of the Rhondda Fach and make a contribution of over £450 to Living Water International.
The Advent Conspiracy asks us to take a fresh look at our attitude to Christmas. The concept is simple - Worship Fully, Spend Less, Give More, Love All. You can visit the website by clicking here and check out the video below to see the difference we can make.
Advent Conspiracy are working with Living Water International to provide clean drinking water for some of the worlds poorest communities from Africa, South America and beyond. Last Christmas ACTS Community Church was able to donate over £450 to this cause and we hope to better that in 2010. You can learn more about the projects by clicking here.
