CAP Money is a revolutionary money management course that teaches people budgeting skills and a simple, cash-based money management system that really works.
The Course is made up of 3 sessions spread over 3 weeks, this gives time for delegates to put into practice some of the techniques discussed each week so the practicalities of the CAP Money system can be discussed with other delegates and the CAP Money coaches during the next session. Each session includes an instalment of the CAP Money course DVD and an opportunity to discuss and work through the CAP Money system. There is also the opportunity to work through particular problems in a confidential manner.
